Professor Boback sells eggs.
One of my favorite biology professors apparently raises chickens at his house. We got into a discussion about them at Pints with Profs last Thursday and he told me he’d sell me a dozen for $3. I picked up my freshly laid eggs this afternoon. Eggs laid yesterday, from organic chickens, raised by a professor. That sounds about right.
